Humanists UK are a charity and members organisation for those who don't have a religious belief. Humanists believe this is the one life we have and we should live it with compassion and kindness for everyone and everything.

No, absolutely not. If you're not religious, you'll probably find that you share a lot of the same views as humanists do, but you just don't call yourself a humanist!

Whatever you want - thoughts on love and marriage, your personal stories, readings, poetry, songs, personalised vows, symbolic acts (handfasting, ring warming, etc.), guest participation...pets!

Wherever you want! You can choose to have your ceremony in a traditional wedding venue, your own garden, at your favourite viewpoint, up a mountain..the choice is yours. And if you do want to get married on a fell or a mountain, I'm a keen hiker so we can make that happen too!

My ceremonies are inclusive of all cultures and backgrounds. If there are some traditions you would like to include from your own backgrounds, that mean a lot to you and your families, let's discuss these and see how we can weave them into your ceremony.
